Silk went to her first all breed shows to get leash trained and came home with two 3pt majors her first time in the ring at 7 1/2 months. She won the puppy sweepstakes at the Lone Star English Setter Club and was reserve to 5pt majors from Bred By Exhibitor three days. Silk's next shows were at the Gold Country English Setter Club weekend in California. She won a 5pt major and a 4pt major and won the breed over specials at the all breed shows to finish from Bred By Exhibitor at 10 1/2 months. She also won the Bred By Exhibitor Group.
